Get yourself some of your favorite bottled beer, some super glue, and some ribbon.  Remove the caps gently and dispose of the bottle contents, preferably into nice, clean pint glasses for yourself and your friends.  Glue the caps together in the pattern shown, working on a horizontal surface, like putting a puzzle together. Try not to glue the caps onto the surface, which will become more difficult to avoid as the evening progresses.  When the glue has dried, tie the ribbon around the finished product.  Voila!
